Kim Zhou is a Senior Operations Assistant at the U.S. Impact Investing Alliance. They leverage their expertise in technology and processes to ensure smooth systems and relationship management, enhance overall operations and support the dynamic Alliance team. Prior to joining, Kim worked as a Data and Program Analyst at Elemental Impact where they played a critical role in software management and applying an equity lens to the data lifecycle. They are dedicated to building inclusive environments to learn, and they are passionate about combining data-driven insights with diversity, equity and inclusion principles in order to create systems and strategies that lead to measurable and lasting impact.
