Clay leads the Alliance’s operations team, helping to develop infrastructure and refine process. His background is in nonprofit operations and compliance, supporting all facets of activity at small to mid-size organizations. Prior to the Alliance, Clay was Associate Director at Arabella Advisors, where he played an integral role on the Managed Organization’s team, managing a diverse portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects. He has also held legal and compliance roles in the wealth management sector.

He attended UC Santa Barbara for undergrad, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a minor in professional writing. He holds a Certification in Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara’s School of Engineering.
