Hannah Carr is a Senior Policy Assistant at the U.S. Impact Investing Alliance. At the Alliance, Hannah supports the team with public policy and advocacy work. Hannah has worked in Government Affairs and as a staffer for the Committee on House Administration, during the 116th and 117th Congress, Chaired by Chairperson Zoe Lofgren. Prior to her time on the Hill, Hannah spent a year in Fatick, Senegal, working for ELCA Global Mission. Hannah earned her BA in Political Science from Marist College, with a Minor in Environmental Studies.
